The Abbotsford School District&#39;s Long Range Facilities Plan (LRFP) is currently being updated. This plan will guide the development and management of our educational facilities over the next decade, ensuring they effectively meet the evolving needs of our students and community.<hr><h3>ABOUT THE LRFP</h3><hr>The Long Range Facilities Plan (LRFP) is a strategic document that guides the development and management of school district facilities over a 10-year period. It uses enrolment projections and educational trends to plan for future facility needs, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated to support the district&#39;s educational goals.The Ministry of Education and Child Care acknowledges the Long Range Facilities Plan as a guiding document that provides Boards of Education with a district-wide framework for key decisions such as school consolidations, locations of district programs, maintenance and upgrading priorities.<hr>WHY YOUR INPUT MATTERS<hr>Your input is invaluable as it will help us shape a future where our schools continue to be a place of growth, learning, and opportunity.
